Cancellation Policy

Thank you for scheduling an appointment with Serenity Financial Services. Please take note of the following policies to ensure a smooth and efficient process: Reschedule: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Should you need to reschedule, kindly provide notice at least 24 hours before the session. Grace Period: There is a 5-minute grace period for late arrivals to the session. Beyond this timeframe, the session may be subject to cancellation. Nonrefundable: The payment made for your session with Serenity Financial Services is nonrefundable under any circumstances. No Call No Show: If a session is missed without providing a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling ("no call, no show"), the session will be considered forfeited. In such cases, you must book and pay for a new session to secure another appointment. For contracted clients, there may be a fee associated with a "no call, no show" after two missed sessions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies, which contribute to the efficiency and fairness of our scheduling process.
